Terms and Conditions

By attending We Are Verified Ltd premises and using We Are Verified Ltd resources you agree and are automatically opted into the terms as followed:

Please note that in the case of any artist/group in non-agreement to any of our contracts, the use of “We Are Verified Limited” business premises, equipment, resources and time, will become chargeable with immediate effect.

Please enquire about our services cost if you wish to take this route. By taking this option it is possible to have total creative control and to own all rights to the work produced within our premises and created with our time and resources.

All work on company equipment will fall into the scope of the items mentioned within our contracts. Any work will be the primary and rightful owners of work undertaken by “We Are Verified Limited” until the fees for our time, equipment use and/or services have been cleared in full.

Persons will have 90 days from the date that work was created to clear services costs/fees etc in full if they are not happy with We Are Verified contracts. Any works produced, created or contributed towards on the business premises by non paying visitors or visitors in non agreement or not willing to negotiate the contract terms for the financial gain of both parties will be sold, distributed, promoted etc by We Are Verified Ltd to recover the costs lost by We Are Verified Ltd via the use of its staff, time, resources and premises.

Client agrees to the hourly rate of £30 an hour, or £150 each day, at 8 hours per billable day. Client agrees the rate and terms advertised on the website (prices vary) for produced music by We Are Verified producers

Client is responsible for all monies due to the We Are Verified Ltd, and shall make payment to We Are Verified Ltd as follows: (delete non-applicable terms)

(a) in advance;

(b) upon conclusion of recording session;

(d) within 90 days of completion of recording project.

We Are Verified Ltd shall endeavour to secure all forms of recording media (all master tapes, slaves, final mixes, DATs, cassettes, and all other magnetic media storage devices) owned by Client, and left or stored on studio premises, but is not responsible for loss or damage.

In the event of loss to or damage of Clients recording media due to wilful negligence, We Are Verified Ltd shall be responsible for replacement of no more than the value of the total replacement cost of the unrecorded tape and studio time to date devoted to said recording media.

We Are Verified Ltd shall endeavour to secure all other property left on premises by Client, (other than recording media) but is not responsible for loss due to theft, fire, act of God or other unnamed occurrence.

Clients recording media left on premises 90 days after completion of last recording session or service shall become the property of We Are Verified Ltd if all monies due We Are Verified Ltd have not been paid.

All rented tapes shall be erased 90 days after completion of last recording session or service unless Client makes purchase payment for said tape(s) at full retail purchase price set forth by We Are Verified Ltd within 90 days after completion of last recording session or service.

In the event Clients recording media have been stored on premises, We Are Verified Ltd shall not release said media until all monies due We Are Verified Ltd have been paid.

Receipt of recording media from We Are Verified Ltd to Client is acknowledgement between both parties that the quality of all services rendered by We Are Verified Ltd is satisfactory to Client and shall release We Are Verified Ltd from any and all liability regarding said recording media and services rendered.

In the event of cancellation of recording session or other scheduled service by Client, Client shall be responsible for 50% of cost of services scheduled if cancellation occurs within 2 hours of the scheduled recording session or service.

Client shall be responsible for any loss or damage to We Are Verified Ltd property incurred by Client, employees of Client, guests of Client, or agents of Client acting under Clients instruction, as a result of misuse, negligence, and or carelessness.

This constitutes the entire agreement between Client and We Are Verified Ltd, and may not be modified, changed, or terminated in any way unless there is a written agreement signed by both parties by default.
